It is very common to receive queries such as “what does a website cost”. We have put some reference prices on our page. Without knowing more details we cannot specify it.

Receiving materials via WhatsApp slows down our workflow, our response time, and unnecessarily disperses information. For us, voice notes are not an efficient way to receive tasks, as they do not allow for dialogue or clarifications to be requested, and the information is not transcribed anywhere. We usually centralise communication using management tools, and we are always happy to receive emails and calls from our clients or to have video calls.

Our work includes making proposals for improvement and giving the advice that we consider best for each situation. Sometimes doing so goes against our interests, but we strongly believe in trust and joint growth.

Although we have knowledge in some areas that are related to our work (SEO, SEM, social networks...) that is not where we are best. We always recommend working hand in hand with specialists, and we offer our collaboration and judgment to accompany the client in their dealings with third parties and in the growth of their project.

We normally charge a percentage of 35% of the project budget, as a form of commitment. We never issue the entire agreed amount until the work has been completed, and we always invoice according to what was produced and delivered.

In design there is no right answer, but rather many possible solutions. Part of the design job is explaining why what we present is the way it is. This forces us to try to understand what the client wants to achieve before starting to design, and to agree on the objectives. We are flexible to make changes, adjust and propose alternatives, but we do not want anyone to expect a barrage of options with variations without criteria. Anyone looking for that better ask the AI.

For a project to move into the development phase (layout and programming), we need to be as clear about its scope as possible. From our experience we know that undefined “small details” or a nebulous “phase 2” often contain icebergs that we do not want to sail towards.

If the project is our responsibility, we maintain it. If more than one team must develop, this responsibility is diluted and ends up being a problem for the client. We are collaborative with other suppliers and agencies and we integrate as far as the client needs, but always with clear and defined competencies for each party involved.

There is always the temptation to accept an insufficient deadline to meet the client's expectation. When we encounter deadlines that we do not consider realistic, we say so, even if it costs us losing the project. We love to work with the greatest possible agility and quality and fulfill our commitments, and that is only possible if they have been established according to a work plan.

Actions scheduled after hours are exceptional and arise due to specific needs of the project. Whenever possible, we plan production steps at the beginning of the week, to ensure the greatest availability of everyone involved (our team, the client's team and that of external suppliers).

The project is finished when the client is satisfied and satisfied with what we have delivered. Our work is collaborative and requires involvement, regular contact and supervision. We always try to make the tasks that the client must do as easy as possible, but we cannot replace them.

We purchase licenses and resources on behalf of the client, so that they always preserve their ownership and can become independent of our work as a service provider. When necessary, we build tools so that the daily management of projects can be assumed by the client autonomously (although we are always happy to lend a hand if you need us).
