We come from diverse backgrounds, but we share the same passion for building brands with purpose. At our agency, we combine design, technology, and strategy to transform ideas into meaningful experiences. Se moría el siglo XX y nos metimos a trabajar en algo que entonces llamaban "nuevas tecnologías". Hemos vivido todas las crisis habidas y por haber (la de las .com, la económica, la pandemia...) y hemos conseguido que ninguna nos mate, así que han debido hacernos mejores. Hoy es May 18, 2026 y seguimos cambiando, aprendiendo y acompañando a nuestros clientes mientras avanzamos juntos en los retos de este siglo.
Silvia Misis
Originally from Lodosa and now living in Madrid. She studied to work in something a lot less fun. Lived in Germany, came back, joined an agency, and never wanted to change sectors again.
Born in Lodosa, our technical director brings a solid background in digital engineering. She leads processes, optimizes systems, and transforms complex challenges into efficient solutions that drive our growth every day.
Ignacio Gª de la Noceda
Originally from Madrid and lives in Palma. He studied what would allow him to draw, write, and talk to people, undoubtedly three of his favorite things, and he’s still going strong.
Born in Madrid, our creative director combines advertising experience with artistic sensibility. He designs memorable concepts, inspires teams, and transforms ideas into powerful campaigns that connect audiences and strengthen brands.

Our Story:
The Beginning of the Agency
We met while working together at different agencies: Silvia coordinated a technical and production team, and Ignacio had a creative background. One day we realized we could offer a more efficient and comprehensive service if we joined forces. We’re almost never in the same place, but we don’t mind. We were kind of like remote work hipsters: we started before anyone else and we made it work.
We met while working on the same creative team and soon discovered we shared a bold vision for communication. After several projects together, we decided to take the next step and create our own advertising agency. We combined talent, discipline, and enthusiasm to build a space where ideas come to life. Today, we continue to grow, driven by the same passion that connected us from day one and inspires us with every new challenge.

Cristina Pagès
She’s from Mataró. An optometrist who wasn’t sure about her career path. She started studying design, and designing. She doesn’t seem to regret the change.
A designer from Mataró, she brings a balanced combination of creativity and technique. Her ability to transform ideas into clean and expressive compositions strengthens each project and contributes to the agency’s visual identity.
Laura Morrondo
A designer from Palencia. She leads a secret life in which she becomes her own drawing. Just like her paper double, she always manages to offer a different perspective on things.
Our designer from Palencia stands out for her meticulous approach and aesthetic sensibility. She develops coherent visual identities, explores new trends, and ensures that each piece communicates with clarity, intention, and its own unique personality.
María Rozada
She’s from Alcalá (de Henares, of course). To her, studying is more than just getting a degree; it’s about knowing how to see. So keeps studying, and teaching us along the way.
Programmer from Alcalá, specializing in robust and scalable development. She is proficient in multiple languages, optimizes processes, and builds efficient architectures that ensure our digital solutions function smoothly, securely, and with high technical quality.
Vicente Martín
He’s from Plasencia. He finished his studies and quickly learned that being a programmer is one thing today and something else entirely tomorrow. At least if you want to be one of the good ones.
Programmer from Plasencia, focused on results and continuous improvement. Designs robust tools, solves complex problems, and optimizes functionalities that enhance the efficiency of our digital projects and the performance of each platform.
Jorge Aguado
He’s from Madrid. He solves the problems we’ve created for ourselves. He finds problems we hadn’t noticed. And he shapes the solutions.
A web designer born in Madrid, he combines technical precision and visual acuity to structure clear and accessible content. His work guarantees well-organized interfaces, intuitive navigation, and consistent experiences that facilitate communication and design.
